Compensation + Benefits

What you’ll do

Actively acquiring new business opportunities while managing existing account base in the territory (Southern California) and working with other accounts within Florence Filter. You’ll work closely with other Outside Sales reps, Inside Sales reps, managers, operations team, and President. Our main goal is to manage our customers the best we can, grow sales, and grow the company; this position has a huge impact on that. Below are key functions of the position.

  • Establish rapport and develop solid relationships with key customer contacts.

  • Prospect and acquire Big Accounts in all Florence Filter customer markets.

  • Present training sessions to educate customers and prospective customers about Florence Filter products.

  • Conduct surveys of filters applications in the field to make appropriate recommendations for improvements.

  • Meet and exceed sales, price, and margin targets. RESULTS ARE EVERYTHING!

  • Maintain weekly sales and expense reports.

  • Provide management direction and support to inside account managers, customer service representatives, and order entry personnel within each region.

  • Must know and follow all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Support warehouse housekeeping and stock level awareness.

  • Perform these and other comparable related duties as instructed by management.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of computer proficient in

sales software; CRM; Google Office; Excel or Google sheets, Professional Emailing, Calendar management; Pricing software; etc.
