As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities and nurturing connections, and presenting our custom products to prospective customers.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, and account management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt to new challenges and embrace positive coaching
- Proficiency with CRM systems and computer operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows, Mac)
- Background in HVAC installation/maintenance, contracting, or related industries is a plus
Florence Filter has an excellent training program. We are willing to train motivated sales professionals to be Air filtration specialists.

Compensation structure

In addition to an hourly wage, the Account Executive will be eligible for commissions based on invoiced sales with different percentages on New Accounts, React Accounts, and Existing/Recurring accounts.
