Job Duties
- Manage a Territory/Industry of current customers
- Make Outbound Calls to customers for reorder
- Take inbound calls from customers and put in orders
- Update information in the CRM
- Track order status
- Build relationships with current customers
- Account Management (identifying customer’s buying cycles and following up at the right time)
- Present product information
- Mediate customer issues
