Florence Filter is seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service Representative to support our current customer base and provide them the best service possible.

  • 1 year+ Experience in Sales/Marketing
  • Additional languages
  • Google Workspace experience
  • Data analysis skills 

Job Duties

  1. Manage a Territory/Industry of current customers
  2. Make Outbound Calls to customers for reorder
  3. Take inbound calls from customers and put in orders
  4. Update information in the CRM
  5. Track order status
  6. Build relationships with current customers
  7. Account Management (identifying customer’s buying cycles and following up at the right time)
  8. Present product information
  9. Mediate customer issues

Full-time Position 

Office Hours M-F from 7:30am-4:30pm
